Deep-sea observation Strategy

A Global Deep-Sea Capacity Assessment, found significant disparities between regions and countries in terms of technological and human capacity, and access to infrastructure and funds, for deep-sea exploration and research.

TwinDEEPS will perform a detailed assessment of deep-sea exploration and observation capacity in Portugal using a participatory mapping approach, involving a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. R&I institutions, industry, public administration).
