TwinDEEPS partner NIOZ organized and hosted the first TwinDEEPS training activity: the Cruise Leadership workshop held on 22-23 April 2025. The workshop brought together scientists across various career levels to receive hands-on training in designing and planning oceanographic campaigns, preparing them for their future role as lead scientists on research cruises.
This workshop marked a key step in building scientists’ capacity for future deep-sea exploration!
