Two TwinDEEPS team members have joined the MAREANO research cruise to the Arctic Mid-Ocean Ridge aboard the research vessel RV Kronprins Haakon.
Their participation is part of the TwinDEEPS vessel-based training, an initiative designed to strengthen CIIMAR’s capacity in deep-ocean observation by providing researchers with hands-on experience during scientific expeditions. Through onboard training and participation in field operations, researchers to develop technical skills and practical expertise in deep-sea exploration and observation.
